Whether you are facing emotional pain, relationship stress, or the after effects of trauma, you do not have to face it alone. Healing takes courage, and I am honored to walk with you on your journey toward hope, purpose, and renewed strength.

  • Trauma leaves invisible wounds that can shape how you see yourself and the world. Healing begins with feeling seen and heard in a safe, supportive space. Our sessions will focus on helping you process painful memories at your pace, develop grounding techniques, and rebuild trust in yourself. The goal isn’t to erase your past—it’s to help you reclaim your strength and live fully in the present.

  • Anxiety can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to control your life. In our work together, we’ll identify the thoughts and experiences fueling your anxiety and learn strategies to regain balance. Through person-centered and cognitive behavioral approaches, you’ll build practical tools to quiet racing thoughts and regain confidence in your ability to handle life’s challenges.

  • Depression often brings a sense of emptiness or disconnection that can feel impossible to overcome. Therapy provides a space to rediscover hope and meaning. Together, we’ll uncover the patterns that keep you stuck, explore ways to rebuild motivation, and strengthen the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and actions so that healing becomes possible from the inside out.

  • Individuals looking to improve their mental approach. Following observations, assessments and interviews, an individualized Performance Development Plan is created. This is for athletes looking for an edge and those struggling with performance.

  • Groups and teams learn cohesion, player management (for coaches), and group goal-setting. Courses are available for teams, parents, and coaching staffs to provide an educational opportunity to learn how mental performance can assist you and build the development process of the athletes.

  • For athletes who have suffered an injury. RTP assists athletes set goals and utilize mental skills in order to aid physical recovery. RTP prepares athletes for challenges that will occur and readies them to overcome those obstacles. Athletes will rebuild confidence in their physical abilities and return to performance.

Request Appointment

I am considered an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. Many clients choose to pay for sessions privately and then request partial reimbursement from their insurance company using a “superbill,” which I’m happy to provide after each session. This allows us to focus fully on your goals rather than insurance restrictions or session limits.

If you’d like to explore this option, I can guide you through the simple steps to submit for reimbursement and help you understand what your plan may cover.
